My BMW was an accident magnet for the four years that I lived in Vegas. Hit and run, backed into, vandalism. You name it, it happened. My insurance company suggested Exoticar after I ripped my bumper off on a curb stop. I was really impressed with the customer service and workmanship of this place. They always called when they said they would and if there was a delay they let me know immediately. Thank you Jim and Doyle for keeping me in the loop! I never had to wonder what was going on with my car. I never had to return my car for incomplete or poor repairs. Each time I picked up the car it looked amazing and even the inside had been cleaned. It doesn't matter if you drive a BMW, Ford, Jeep or a Bentley every customer receives stellar treatment. These guys take pride in what they do and it showed over and over (6 times with me alone). I sent a few friends to Exoticar and all of them were very pleased with the results.

On a side note...I had to praise Exoticar because I was recently cut off by someone in my new home of Denver, Co. The body shop suggested by my insurance company has been an absolute nightmare. They are disorganized, slow and their work is sloppy. I returned my car for the 2nd time this morning after picking it up from the shop yesterday. I’ve been dealing with a repair that was supposed to take 5 days since January 15th. I may ship/drive my car to Exoticar if I ever need a body shop again. At least I know it would be repaired correctly the first time around!

Exoticar Paintworks is the BEST! I owned a Lexus IS300 L-Tuned that I purchased brand new in Daytona Beach, Florida in 2002 that I was very proud of. It is a really fun car to drive and very quick. I asked around (including my local Lexus Dealer & USAA Insurance Company) to find out who I could get a quality paint job on the exterior of it and some minor body work. The unanimous feedback was that Exoticar Paintworks was the best quality paint & body shop in Las Vegas ( bar none ) . I called several other places in Las Vegas and was quoted about the same price everywhere. But when I called Exoticar and told them that I was looking to give my Lexus to my 17 year old nephew, the estimator told me that I need to bring it in so someone could take a good look at it and let me know if they could save me some money. “ Maybe we can just paint in some places and buff it out really good in others and make it look practically brand new. “ Well, that was more already than anyone else I called offered me. I took it there and the Estimator ( not the guy I spoke to on the phone ) walked around the car with me and then gave me a quote. I thought the quote was high so I decided not to do all the work on it that he suggested. ( I was not looking for a super bargain but a good quality job as it was a gift ). Ten days later ( it was around Christmas time ) when I came to pick it up, I wasn’t satisfied with what I received compared to what I thought I paid for. To make a long story short, when it was discovered that I was unhappy, the manager, Jim Graham and the owner, Michael Iannuccilli came out and went out of their way to make me feel good about doing business with Exoticar. They took the time to listen to me and then went above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer. They even made my Lexus sparkle. When my nephew saw the paint job and bodywork on the vehicle, he couldn’t believe that he was getting a like-new car! I have these two gentlemen to thank for the big smile on my nephew’s face. I later took my nephew over to meet them so he could thank them personally and Mr. Graham took some time in his very busy schedule to bond with my nephew and tell him that he had better get good grades in school. LOL. The way my family and I was treated showed me that their success in this business was no accident and that the quality of their workmanship is based on their love of cars and the people who bring them in to them for help. My experience with Exoticar Paintworks is absolutely as good as it gets and I would highly recommend this company and people to anyone. Thank You!!!

Will ONLY use Exoticar for now on! I was rear-ended in my Mercedes and Fletcher Jones recommended I take my car to Exoticar to be fixed. My rep was awesome, he went over everything with my husband and I, was courteous and answered all of my questions and even gave me a tip on something else wrong with my car. I am a firm believer that you pay for what you get, and it made the cost worth it knowing my car was in good hands and fixed perfectly and quickly. Exoticar is where all the high end auto dealerships take their auto body work. And the reason is great quality and service. If you're looking for second-rate quality of workmanship, don't look here. The value is not in the savings but the hands-down quality of work.

My brand new 2019 Model 3 was severely damaged right before the Covid 19 pandemic started by an irresponsible driver who ran a red light and slamming into my vehicle. Exoticar and Kenneth the owner quickly got to work on the vehicle. Despite being told by another local shop that it would likely 6-8 months, Kenneth was able to fully fix my vehicle, both inside and out (all airbags deployed) in just under 90 days, when considering the current state of the world and most suppliers are closed, this was remarkable. The vehicle looks AMAZING and immaculate. I cannot see where the damage once was, looks exactly like it did, a brand new car. The interior which is pure white, was without any markings or imperfections. Kenneth gave me weekly updates and kept me in the loop!
